Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Cymru Castles. By making a booking, you agree to the terms set out below.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your hire.
  • Payment can be made by card or BACS.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery times are confirmed the day before your event.
  • We normally begin deliveries from around 9:00am.
  • Collections usually start from around 5:30pm–6:00pm unless agreed otherwise.
  • Hot tub hire timings are detailed on the Hot Tub Hire page.

Cancellations

  • More than 8 weeks before event: 25% charge
  • Within 8 weeks: 35% charge
  • Within 6 weeks: 50% charge
  • Within 4 weeks: 75% charge
  • Within 2 weeks: 100% charge

Cancellations due to weather are not accepted. We will, where possible, offer a change of date.

Equipment

  • All equipment remains the property of the company.
  • Sizes quoted are approximate.
  • We reserve the right to substitute equipment of similar type and value if required.

Liability

  • The company accepts no responsibility for injury or loss of personal property.
  • The client is responsible for any loss or damage to hired equipment.
