Delivery & Setup Information
Please read the following information carefully to ensure safe and smooth delivery and setup.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are confirmed the day before your event.
- We normally begin deliveries from around 9:00am.
- Collections usually start from around 5:30pm–6:00pm.
Access Requirements
- A minimum clear access width of 3ft is required.
- Please consider gates, steps, drainpipes and tight corners.
- Many items weigh over 120kg.
- If unsure, please contact us and send photos in advance.
Setup Area
- The area must be flat, clear and free from animal mess.
- Please ensure the item will fit safely (check dimensions on product pages).
- Astro turf may require staking through the surface.
If equipment cannot be set up safely, the hire fee may be forfeited.
