General Booking Questions

How do I book?

Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and hire items.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. We require full payment at the time of booking to confirm availability and secure your hire.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, school holidays and popular event dates, as availability can be limited.

Delivery & Setup

What time will my equipment be delivered?

Delivery times are confirmed the day before your event once delivery routes have been planned. We normally begin deliveries from around 9:00am.

What time do you collect the equipment?

Collections usually begin from around 5:30pm–6:00pm unless otherwise agreed.

Do I need to be at home for delivery?

Yes. An adult must be present at delivery to confirm the setup location and receive safety instructions.

What access do you need?

Most items require a minimum clear access width of 3ft. Please consider gates, steps, drainpipes and tight corners. If you are unsure, contact us in advance and send photos.

Space & Safety

How much space do I need?

Each hire item has dimensions listed on its individual page. You are responsible for ensuring the equipment fits safely within your available space.

Can inflatables be set up on astro turf?

Yes, but staking through astro turf may be required to secure the inflatable safely.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?

Inflatables can be set up on grass, hardstanding or indoor surfaces where safe anchoring is possible. We will not install equipment if it cannot be secured safely.

Weather

What happens if the weather is bad?

Hire items are booked for a specific date and item. We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions. Where possible, we will work with you to rearrange your booking.

Will you cancel if it’s unsafe?

Yes. If weather or site conditions make it unsafe to operate equipment, we reserve the right to cancel or remove equipment for safety reasons.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are subject to charges based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Can I change my booking date?

Where possible, we are happy to move bookings to an alternative date, subject to availability.

Insurance & Supervision

Are you insured?

Yes. Our public liability insurance covers equipment hired on a supervised basis by our team.

What is dry hire?

Dry hire means equipment is supplied without supervision. Dry hire equipment is not covered by our insurance and the client must arrange suitable cover.

Do you provide supervision?

Supervision options are available depending on the type of equipment and event. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Events & Special Occasions

Do you supply equipment for schools and colleges?

Yes. We regularly work with schools, colleges and universities, supplying equipment for fun days, fundraisers and reward events.

Do you offer corporate or promotional event hire?

Yes. We provide inflatables, games, catering and entertainment suitable for corporate events, promotions and brand activations.

Do you offer wedding hire?

Yes. We offer wedding-friendly entertainment options including bouncy castles, games, photo booths and catering.
